Russian national operator Rostelecom has started using an analytics system for inter-operator accounting in the B2O (Business-to-Operator) field. The system was designed by Russian company Nexign, a subsidiary of ICS-Holding.
The system will enable the national operator to manage voice traffic exchange and analyse better its tariff policies. Additional functions will be added gradually over time.
